It came out that Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu had informed the Federal Kurdistan Regional President Massoud Barzani before the beginning of the airstrikes by the Turkish army against the guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in South Kurdistan last night.

Davutoğlu also pledged that “All precautions will be taken unless PKK ends its actions”.
