Infantry sergeant Ziya Sarpkaya had gotten seriously injured after the gun attack that targeted him in front of a bank in Hakkari’s Şemdinli district today noon.

Civilians took the sergeant to the hospital but Sarpkaya died despite all efforts to save him here.
