Police murder yet another minor in Kızıltepe

Special operation police teams launched an operation in Kızıltepe district of Mardin yesterday evening following an explosion that occurred during the passage of a police vehicle near Seyda mosque.

An explosion occurred during the passage of a police vehicle near Seyda mosque on the historical Silk Road in Kızıltepe district of Mardin yesterday evening, as a result of which 19 people were wounded, including three heavily.

Special operation police teams launched an operation in the area following the explosion. Opening fire on a car at the scene, police left 16-year-old driver Mazlum Turan critically injured.

The minor was rushed to Kızıltepe State Hospital but couldn't survive despite all the medical efforts.

Turan's relatives coming to the hospital told that he had fled police because he didn't have a driving licence as he sold chickens in the car he was driving.
