In Tatvan district of Bitlis, soldiers opened fire on a civilian car passing by the Sorgun Military Barracks.

One of the civilians in the car was severely wounded after being hit in the head by a bullet fired by soldiers.

Rushed to the Tatvan State Hospital by the other person in the car, the civilian is reported to be in critical condition.
