Northern Syrian youth to march to Bashur against invasion

Northern Syrian youth will be marching to the Sêmalka Border Gate on June 21 against the invading Turkish state’s attacks against Southern Kurdistan. The Rojava Youth Coordination called on the youth to participate.

A march will be held in Northern Syria under the leadership of the youth against the invading Turkish state’s attacks against Southern Kurdistan from the Sêmalka Border Gate to the attacked areas. The march will start on June 21 at 08:00 in front of the Rojava Youth Center in Kobanê and will continue towards Dêrik. Youth from Northern Syrian provinces like Manbij, Raqqa, Girê Spî, Tabqa and Kobanê will participate in the march and other groups will join in as soon as the march reaches the Cizire region.

Youth from all provinces in Northern Syria will gather by the Sêmalka Border Gate and cross into Southern Kurdistan territory where the invasion attacks are taking place. The Rojava Youth Coordination has called for participation to the march.

Euphrates Region Youth Coordination Member Rodîn Kobanê stated that the action will be part of the phase two in the “Rise Up” move. Rodîn said all attacks by the invading Turkish state including those against Southern Kurdistan will be protested in the march.
