The Resistance Front Against Invasion is preparing to take to the streets to protest the Turkish state attacks against Bashure Kurdistan. The Front visited workers’, teachers’, doctors’ and journalists’ unions today.
The National Front issued a written statement after the visits and said: “Bashure Kurdistan is going through a very delicate process now. Attacks by the region’s countries and the invading Turkish state in particular pose a threat. Silence in the face of these attacks, the Kurds not having unity and the attitude of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament and government increase the risks against Bashure Kurdistan.”
MASS DEMONSTRATIONS ON JULY 7
The statement continued: “To overcome the risks and to stand against all invasions, mass civilian demonstrations are to be held on July 7 at 17:00 throughout Bashure Kurdistan under the lead of the National Front.
The statement included a call for the people to participate in the protests: “Come and defend your country, your nation and your people for just one hour!”
