Ali Türkmen who sustained a critical injury in the bomb attack targeting the HDP rally at İstasyon Square on 5 June, has lost his life at Dicle University Medical Faculty Hospital where he was treated.

With the death of Türkmen, the number of victims left by the twin bomb attacks rose to 5, following the previous death of Ramazan Yıldız, Necati Kulur, Şehmuz Kaçan and Civan Arslan.

The man, whose body  was brought to Yeniköy Cemetery after a post-mortem at the same hospital will be laid to rest today.
