Kurdish artist Mazlum Dora released from prison in Germany

Imprisoned in Germany since 2021, Kurdish artist Mazlum Dora was released this morning.

Kurdish artist Mazlum Dora, who had been detained in Stuttgart since 2021, was released from prison this morning.

Dozens of patriots gathered in front of the prison early in the morning to welcome Dora with flowers, applause, and slogans.

The welcome was marked by excitement and emotional moments. After the release, the artist was taken to the Stuttgart Kurdish Cultural Association in a convoy of vehicles.

Dora was also welcomed by a large crowd at the association. The artist gave a short speech and thanked everyone who had come to support him, saying: “This solidarity is the most beautiful expression of our people's spirit of unity.”

Mazlum Dora's release was welcomed with joy by the Kurdish community in Europe, especially in Germany.
