KCK condemned the Antep attack which killed nine people and wounded dozens of others
In a written statement on the Antep attack which killed nine people and wounded dozens of others on 20 August, Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) condemned the bloody attack and voiced deep concerns over the incident.
KCK underlined that the AKP government has been trying to put the blame of the attack on Kurdish movement regardless of the HPG (Peoples Defense Forces) Headquarters Commands statement which said that HPG forcs had nothing to do with the attack.
This incident has served for the benefits of the AKP government which has been waging a war against the Kurdish Freeedom Movement, said KCK and pointed out that the Kurdish movement has recently once again voiced its approach against actions which will put civilians life at risk.
The AKP government has not only used this incident as an excuse for its attack on the Kurdish Movement but also paved way for racist attacks and a political lynching campaign against the Kurdish society, said KCK and condemned the racist attacks on Kurdish people, their political parties and representatives and criticized the AKP governments aggressive language and approach which it said-leaves itself wide open for further conflict and deaths.
The statement by KCK ended calling on all patriotic people of Kurdistan and all circles standing on the side of brotherhood of peoples to give a stronger struggle for peace and democratic solution against the psychological war and war policy of the AKP government.
