HPG Press Office reported in a written statement that guerrillas conducted an action against Turkish soldiers in Geliyê Doskî area in Hakkari's Gever (Yüksekova) district today afternoon.15 soldiers were killed and a number of weapons were seized in the action.

Recalling that clashes in the area are going on, HPG said guerrillas carried out a sabotage action against a convoy of armored vehicles that headed towards the area at 15:00 today afternoon.

An attack by guerrillas from several sides left 15 soldiers dead, and a large number of weapons were seized in the action.

HPG added that details of the action will be announced later on.
