The 14 people, including Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) Provincial co-chairs Veysi Dilekçi and Gülşen Kurt, who were taken into custody in house raids carried out on Tuesday in Wan (Van), were referred to the prosecutor's office after their procedures at the police station.

The prosecutor's office decided to release Osman Gerçekli, Munifer Koçak and Hazal Süer on probation. The prosecutor's office referred Adem Onat, Ercan Erkol, Fazıl Numaş, Hanım Kaya, Veysi Dilekçi, Orhan Bayram, Selma Cintan, Tarık Artim, Gülşen Kurt, Ayşe Minaz and Aynur Sarıca to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for their arrest. Following the statements taken there, 11 people were released on probation.
