A number of soldiers of the Turkish army have been reported killed in an action conducted by HPG/YJA Star guerrillas in Geliyê Doskî area of Hakkari's Gever (Yüksekova) district yesterday.

According to information provided by reporters in the area, guerrillas hold the corpses of many soldiers killed there, as well as one tank and two armored vehicles destroyed in the action.

The Turkish army has yet not managed to take the bodies of casualties from the area and putting pressure on locals to go to scene and take the bodies of dead soldiers.

Reporters stated that Turkish army is conducting an intense bombardment on Geliyê Doskî area from both air and land. Reports say the army has also used cluster and phosphor bombs in the strikes on the area.
