Clashes have been taking place between HPG/YBŞ (People's Defense Forces/Sinjar Resistance Units) and ISIS gangs in Sinjar town of South Kurdistan since early this morning.

According to a report by RojNews, ISIS gangs are being inflicted severe blows in the fighting that broke out in Hayr Nasır neighborhood.

It is reported that international coalition is also supporting the Kurdish forces with airstrikes targeting the emplacements of the gang groups.
