Websites of ANF, Özgürlükçü Demokrasi and dihaber blocked
AKP-controlled Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICTA) has blocked access to ANF’s, Özgürlükçü Demokrasi’s and dihaber’s websites.
Turkish Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICTA) is blocking access to Kurdish and opposition media websites.
ICTA added dihaber’s dihaber.net, Özgürlükçü Demokrasi’s demokrasi4.com and ANF Turkish’s alternative website http://firatnews2.news/ to the list of blocked media addresses.
The ICTA decree includes the following: After technical analysis and legal consideration based on the Law Nr. 5651, ADMINISTRATION MEASURE has been taken for this website (dihaber.net) according to Decision Nr 490.05.01.2017.-122822 dated 03/04/2017 of the Information and Communications Technology Authority.” [sic]
ANF’s web addresses had been blocked several times before.
