The members of the Zenûbiya Women's Community performed a theater play, coordinated by the Culture and Arts Committee, about the International Conspiracy against Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the torture and genocide system implemented in Imrali and the deprivation of the right to hope. The play is called "The Right to Hope for Leader Abdullah Öcalan" and was performed at the Martyr Musena Ebdulkerîm Stage in Tabqa. Representatives from the Democratic Autonomous Administration, its boards and assemblies, and the Tabqa Canton Martyrs' Families Assembly attended the performance.

Speaking before the play, Zenûbiya Women's Community spokesperson, Semire Hebeş, said: "International laws are left on paper. Because these laws, unfortunately, are not implemented. Human rights and law organizations are not fulfilling their duties in protecting the rights of the people. If these laws were implemented, there would be no prisoners in the jails of the cruel and oppressive rulers."

Semire Hebeş condemned the silence of the international community about the violation of international laws by the Turkish state, and said: "Thanks to the thoughts and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Öcalan, we have gained freedom, justice and equality. We must ensure his physical freedom. We must insist on the implementation of the law on the right to hope in order to achieve freedom for Abdullah Öcalan."
