Kurdish artists, musicians, producers, composers, directors, actors will release their one-year assessment concerning the pirate use of Kurdish works on TRT6, Dünya Tv, Dijle Tv and other channels.

The Kurdish artists and producers have announced a meeting to be held in Taksim Hill Hotel in which they will publish their one-year assessment on the illegal use of their work. The joint text by Kurdish artists points out a scandalous illegality as to the work by the TV channels. Drawing attention to the fact that all kinds of illegality, especially plagiarism is witnessed in relation to many context including copyright, informing the author, direct use of works. Kurdish artists announced they will reveal the dimension of piracy with more than thousand files they have prepared.

Among the artists are significant representatives of Kurdish music; Ciwan Haco, Gülistan Perwer, Aynur Doðan, Mikail Aslan, Vedat Yýldýrým, Metin and Kemal Kahraman, Tara Jaff, Brader, Nail Yurtsever, Xarapete Xaco, Kawa, Seyda Perinçek, Þehribana Kurdi and group and artists performing the study within the body of Mesopotamia Cultural Center. Among the signatories artists are composers Kemal Sahir Güler and artists Nail Yurtsever and Ýlkay Akkaya, Emekçi and Ferhat Tunç.
