Gang groups affiliated to the Turkish army whom ISIS handed over Jarablus in an agreed manner have attacked a recently liberated village in Manbij.
ISIS gangs retreated from Jarablus centre and 15 villages and handed these over to gang groups affiliated to the Turkish army on Wednesday. Reports are coming through that some ISIS gangs remain in this territory under the name of FSA groups. Gangs have later started to attack a village controlled by Manbij Military Council, which they recently liberated.
According to ANHA reporters on the ground, gang groups attempted to attack the village of Amarna, 8 km south of Jarablus, located to the north of Manbij in the evening hours.
Manbij Military Council fighters responded to the attack with warning fire which eventually resulted in clashes as gangs continued their attacks. Fighting with light arms continues in the area.
