MLKP Rojava issued a written statement on November 1 World Kobanê Day.

In its statement, MLKP Rojava said "Kobanê is the place where hope and freedom grows. It is where women’s thousands year-old unfortunate history is brought to justice. It is where the shackles on Kurdish people are dismantled and the occupants of Kurdistan are defeated."

“THE MOST MEANINGFUL RESPONSE”

MLKP stated that not only the rapists ISIS gangs but also the occupant Turkish state were defeated during their attempt to occupy Kobanê, and the victory of Kobanê has been the most meaningful response given to the reactionary dictatorships that have turned the region into a blood bath over the past centuries.

MLKP Rojava said "With the values it has created, Kobanê united the oppressed peoples of the world, women, youth, and people of all religions and age. Kobanê is the soul of those that created the values of humanity and fought valiantly until they sacrificed their lives. It is where Arins, Saryas, Paramazs, Erkan Altunlars, Kevin Jochims and other revolutionaries became immortal, the power of imagination gained victory, borders became boundless, and hope blossomed."

“TURKEY'S END WILL BE LIKE THE END OF ISIS”

Lastly, MLKP Rojava emphasized that the colonialist Turkish state would be defeated in Jarablus and Northern Kurdistan just like how it was defeated in Kobanê, and Turkey’s end would be like the end of ISIS no matter how much it arrests and tortures people during its state of emergency attacks.
