As the invasion attacks against Afrin enter their 12th day, protests against the invading Turkish state continue to pour in. The young women in Qandil are also protesting the invasion attacks in Afrin and say they are ready to go to AfriN to resist against the invasion attacks.

Lavan Mistefa: “The invading Turkish state is trying all dirty war policies on the Kurdish people. The Kurdish people will not let the Turkish state’s invasion attacks against Afrin pass. The Kurdish people are displaying a great resistance. They want to determine their own fate and they trust in their own strength, rather than the invaders. The Kurdish people should defend Afrin with the national unity idea and protest the invading Turkish state.”

Zuleyxa Mistefa: “The Turkish state’s purpose in the invasion attacks against Afrin is to destroy the gains of the Kurdish people in Rojava. As the Kurdish people and the youth resist, the Turkish state will not prevail in Afrin. I as a young woman from Qandil am ready to go to Afrin to resist against the Turkish state. My call for Kurdish youth is, all should turn towards Afrin and resist the Turkish state.”
