In a written statement, the preparatory committee said that the congress aims at strengthening the organizations of young women from all over Europe. The targets of the young women's struggle are assimilation, patriarchy and environmental degradation, to counter which there is a need for a new movement and a new perspective.

Under the leadership of Kurdish young women, dozens of young women are preparing to meet in Darmstadt and discuss new perspectives, tactics and projects.
