Accountant Dilek Kaya was shot dead by her boyfriend in her apartment in Amed (Diyarbakir) on Saturday evening. The perpetrator is sergeant Y.C. who was detained at the scene by the police.

Five years ago, the sister of the victim, Mutlu Kaya, was also shot by her boyfriend. She suffered a severe head injury and was unable to speak or walk for a long time.
