Saturday Mother Fatma Morsümbül has passed away after years of a struggle to find her son, a victim of the forced disappearances by the state.
Saturday Mother Fatma Morsümbül has passed away in Bingöl yesterday.
Morsümbül had been struggling for many years in order to find her son Hüseyin Morsümbül, who was a 19 year-old student at Bingöl High School when he was detained during a raid of soldiers and police officers on September 18, 1980.
Fatma Morsümbül’s funeral will be held in Bingöl’s Gözeler village today.
