Men murder women in Izmir and Malatya
A man named Alper Gül murdered is ex wife Çilem Kılıç and wounded Selime Özduran and Sibel Yarıcı in Izmir. In Yesilyurt, Malatya, Mehmet P. murdered his wife Emine P., mother of 3 children.
In Izmir's Dikili district, Alper Gül murdered ex wife Çilem Kılıç, with a firearm. Gül then went to Çilem Kılıç's mother's house and injured Selime Özduran and Sibel Yarıcı. Alper Gül later killed himself.
Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene called by neighbours. The medical teams brought the two injured women to Bergama State Hospital by ambulances.
The investigation about the murder continues.
In Malatya, Emine P. was murdered by Mehmet P., who had been ordered to stay away from Emine P.’s house after denounce of violence.
Mehmet P. killed Emine P. mother of 3 children and then fled the scene. Mehmet P. was captured shortly after the murder.
Emine P.'s body was taken to the Malatya Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy.
