Man arrested over rape of 11-year-old in Van
H.T. was arrested on charges of having raped an 11-year-old girl named S.D. in Van province.
11-year-old girl S.D. living in the Seyim Fehim Arvasi neighborhood of Van has been raped by a person named H.T.
H.T, who tricked the girl into his home and raped her, was arrested upon the family's complaint.
The father of S.D. was also arrested after unknown assailants went to the house of H.T. and opened fire.
