Martyr Asya Yuksel Women's Council organized an action in Duisburg to protest violence against women. European Kurdish Women's Movement (TJK-E) flags and banners denouncing violence against women were carried in the action held at Averdunkplatz.

In the speeches made during the action, the AKP-MHP government was condemned also for the seizure of 5 more HDP-run municipalities.

The action ended with a call for participation in an action to be held today, Saturday.
