Fierce clashes on 8 fronts amid intensified attacks in Afrin

The invading Turkish army and allied gangs are bombing civilian settlements across Afrin canton with warplanes and heavy weaponry. Fierce clashes are taking place in 7 villages and Shiye district center.

According to reports from the ground, the Turkish army is carrying out the most intensified attacks of the past 44 days in the ongoing attempt to invade Afrin Canton of Northern Syria.

The invading Turkish army and allied gangs are ceaselessly bombarding Shiye district and surroundings, Jindires district and villages, Rajo district, Shera district and the area between Shera and Bilbile districts.

As attacks with warplanes and heavy weapons continue, Turkish aircraft conducts reconnaissance activities over the region.

Reports suggest that the centers of Jindires, Shiye and Rajo districts have been bombed by Turkish jets dozens of times since last night.

YPG/YPJ fighters are resisting the attacks on all fronts. Violent clashes are taking place in Mistika and Erendê villages of Shiye, Qiyê and Hemilkê villages of Jindires, Hec Xelil village of Rajo and Qeqina and Berava villages of Shera.

Fighting between the fighters and invading forces also continues in Shiye district center.
