Zenûbiya Women's Community condemns the massacre in Deir ez-Zor

The Zenûbiya Women's Community Assembly strongly condemned the attacks by the Damascus government forces and allied armed groups targeting civilians in Deir ez-Zor.

In a written statement, the Zenûbiya Women's Community Assembly pointed out that over the past year, the Damascus government has attempted several attacks to sow discord among the components in the Deir ez-Zor region.

Denouncing the recent attacks of the Damascus forces and the affiliated Difa al-Watani group against Deir ez-Zor Canton, the Assembly stated that 11 people, including children, were killed in the attacks on the villages of Cidêd Bagara and Dehle this morning.

Strongly condemning the attacks and massacre, the Assembly expressed their support for the canton residents as well as the military and security forces.

The Assembly expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.

Zenûbiya Women's Community Assembly called on the people to stand with the military forces against these attacks.
