SDF statement on fighting near Ain Issa

Heavy fighting has broken out near Ain Issa in northern Syria after a ground attack by Turkish occupation forces on the village of Dibis, and the area has been bombed by drones. Seven SDF fighters were killed.

The press office of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) issued a statement on fighting in the village of Dibis near Ain Issa. According to the statement, Turkish jihadist occupation forces launched a nighttime ground attack on Dibis on March 23. The SDF returned the attack and fierce fighting broke out in the village. The attackers were repulsed. The area was then bombarded with heavy weapons and from the air with drones. The number of mercenaries killed and wounded in the fighting could not be determined. Seven members of the SDF were killed.

The SDF pointed out that the information given in Turkish media reports about their losses is incorrect.
