The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced that they shot down a drone belonging to the occupying Turkish army in the Tishrin Dam area.

The SDF Media Center obtained footage from the downed drone. The footage reveals a Turkish occupation base and soldiers actively operating drones to carry out attacks on the Tishrin Dam and its surrounding areas. The images show the Turkish base as densely populated with soldiers, armored vehicles, troop transport vehicles, tents, training camps, and drone launch sites operated by the Turkish forces.

This footage confirms the direct involvement of the Turkish state forces in committing war crimes and its active participation in attacks targeting civilians who were protesting against Turkish aggression near the Tishrin Dam.

The attacks by UCAVs, including “Bayraktar” and “Akıncı,” and bomb carrier drones have resulted in the martyrdom of more than 20 civilians and injured over 120 others.
