Ongoing attacks on Kobanê and Girê Spî kill one, injure eleven civilians

Turkish occupation forces and their jihadist proxies intensify their attacks on Kobanê and villages in the west of the occupied city of Girê Spî (Tal Abyad).

Turkish occupation forces and their jihadist proxies have intensified their attacks on Kobanê and villages in the west of the occupied city of Girê Spî (Tal Abyad) on Saturday.

According to reports from the ground, the occupation forces launched a wave of artillery attacks against villages located between Kobanê and Girê Spî after today's noon's attacks that targeted Kobanê city Centre and  left two people injured.

The villages of Qeremox, Xanê, Til Hacib, Serzori and Gultepe, located between Kobanê and Girê Spî, were targeted by intense artillery fire.

These attacks claimed the life of civilian İbrahim Şerif from the village of Xanê and injured at least 11 other people who are being treated in hospitals in central Kobanê. Those with injuries include a 4-year-old.

Attacks against the region are reported to be continuing.
