A second meeting was held in Hesekê between the representatives of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Command and the Damascus government to implement the 8-article agreement signed on 10 March. The previous meeting was held on 19 March.

SDF General Commander Mazlum Abdî, General Command member Rohilat Afrin and committee members Hisên El Selame and Mihemed Qenatirî, determined by the Damascus government, attended the meeting.

The progress made in implementing the agreement articles was discussed, and it was emphasized that "tensions throughout Syria should be reduced and conflicts should be ended". In this context, the importance of protecting the Tishrin Dam from military attacks was emphasized.

The proposal to establish a committee to deal with the return of people forcibly displaced from different regions of Syria was also on the agenda.

The committee members who will represent the regions of Northern and Eastern Syria in the dialogue process to be carried out with the Damascus government were disclosed. The members are Foza Yûsif, Ebid Hamid El Mihbaş, Ehmed Yûsif, Senherîb Bersûm and Sozdar Hacî, while the spokespersons are Meryem Îbrahîm and Yasir Silêman.
