A group of mercenaries were captured during an operation carried out by Deir ez-Zor Military Council.

According to the Press Office of Deir ez-Zor Military Council, the operation was carried out in the village of al-Basira.

The mercenaries captured during the operation are reported to be responsible for some attacks and blasts in Deir ez-Zor region.
