Mercenaries besiege villages and kidnap citizens in Afrin

Mercenaries linked to the occupying Turkish state have surrounded some villages in Afrin since the beginning of December and kidnapped dozens of residents. The invaders do not allow the entrance and exit from the villages under siege.

In occupied Afrin, the Turkish state and its mercenaries kidnap civilians after raiding their houses.

On 4 December, the Turkish mercenaries besieged the villages of Basûfan and Kebaşîn in Shêrawa and launched an operation to kidnap civilians.

Dozens of civilians have been kidnapped, including women. Some of the names are as follows: Xelîl Ehmedo, Ereb Şahîn Erebo, Rêzan Ibrahim Heyder Erebo (22), Şêxo Izedîn Ibrahim, Cano Qasim Qasim, Remzi Fewzi Ehmed Elo, Riyad Ali Seyfedîn (33), Nebo Ali Oso, Xerîb Musa Nibo, Canpolat Seîd Cinêd and Xezal Silmo (40).

Villages surrounded by Turkish intelligence

On the other hand, the mercenaries, together with the intelligence officers of the Turkish state, have besieged the village of Baiyê opposite to the village of Basûfan and kidnapped 15 civilians there. It was learned that the mobile phones of the kidnapped civilians were also seized.

The names of the civilians abducted from the village of Baiyê are as follows: Ömer Hesen Xelo, Musa Ali, Nasir Ömer, Hecî Ibrahim, Seîd Ehmed, Rolat Seîd Ehmed, İbrahim Musa Ali, Cemal Behrî, Izzet Behrî, Ehmed Mihemed Mehmûd, Mehmûd Sebrî Hemo, Mihemed Hesen Xelîl, Merwan Hecî Osman, Mihemed Mustafa Mamo and Mustafa Osman Mehmûd.

More than 100 civilians kidnapped in one month

According to the information received from sources in the region, the al-Şamiye mercenaries affiliated to Turkey have besieged the villages of Arindê, Mitaşora, Qasimo, Dala Şêtka and Merkan and kidnapped more than 100 civilians.

It was reported that mercenaries continued to kidnap civilians in the villages besieged and prevented the entrance and exit from the villages under siege to the village of Mîrkan in Mabata.
