The General Command of the Internal Security Forces made a statement regarding the attacks carried out by Turkish armed drones in Dêrik and Kobanê today.
According to the statement, a Turkish combat drone struck a civilian vehicle in Girkê Xûco village in Dêrik city this morning.
The bombardment left a civilian dead and another seriously wounded, who was hospitalised.

The attack resulted in the injury of a high-ranking member of the Asayish, who was taken to Kobanê Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
“We, in the General Command of the Internal Security Forces in North and East Syria, strongly condemn these attacks that target defenseless civilians and infrastructure, in a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms. We affirm our commitment to protecting our people and facing current challenges, and we call on the international community to assume its responsibilities and put an end to these ongoing crimes against our people and our regions,” the statement said.
