Footage of airstrike by the guerrillas against Turkish occupation troops
Guerrillas continue inflicting blows on the Turkish occupation forces through effective actions in the guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).
The Şehîd Axîn Mûş Unit of the guerrillas carried out an airstrike against the Turkish invaders in the Girê Bahar Resistance Area.
The HPG Press Liaison Centre made the following statement regarding the action:
“On 19 September at 12:56, the invaders trying to build a military road for occupation purposes in Girê Bahar Resistance Area were targeted and effectively hit by our Şehîd (Martyr) Axîn Mûş Unit with air vehicles. In this action, 1 invader was killed and 1 armoured digger was damaged.”
