DBP-DEM Party Delegation visits Foreign Relations Department of AANES

The DBP-DEM Party Delegation, which arrived in North-East Syria to participate in the “Conference on Kurdish Unity and Common Stance in Rojava,” visited the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration.

A delegation from the Democratic Regions Party (BDP) consisting of Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, Member of the Central Executive Committee (MYK) of the Peoples' Equality and Democratic Party (DEM Party) Serhat Eren, and DEM Party MPs Saliha Aydeniz, Gülcan Kaçmaz, and Mehmet Kamaç visited the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) today.

The delegation was welcomed by Ilham Ehmed, Co-Chair of the Autonomous Administration's Department of Foreign Relations, and Department members Xalid İbrahim and Gulistan Elî.

Speaking on behalf of the DBP-DEM Party delegation, Keskin Bayındır said, “The conference will be a historic event. We will participate in the conference with great pleasure.” Bayındır stressed that the conference would lay the foundation for Kurdish national unity.

Bayındır said, “The Kurdish people and the people of Kurdistan are closely following the events and developments. This gives us great hope.”

He noted that Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan’s ‘Call for Peace and a Democratic Society’ had a great impact in North and East Syria.

Ilham Ehmed stated that the Autonomous Administration was ready to do everything in the service of the people.
