Coronavirus cases continue to increase in North East Syria

52 more coronavirus cases have been detected in the last 24 hours in North and East Syria and 3 more people have died from the virus.

Ciwan Mustafa, co-chair of the Health Committee of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, confirmed that 52 more coronavirus cases have been detected in the last 24 hours and 3 more people have died from the virus.

Sharing the latest data on coronavirus, Ciwan Mustafa said that those who lost their lives were all male patients from Hesekê, Qamishlo and Tirbespiyê.

According to Mustafa's statement, the distribution of new cases by cities is as follows: Hesekê 17, Dêrik 16, Qamishlo 5, Girkê Legê 5, Dirbêsiyê 3, Amûdê 1, Til Koçer 1, Rimêlan 1, Raqqa 3.

The statement added that 8 patients have recovered.

According to the latest data, the total number of cases in Northern and Eastern Syria rose to 1670, the total number of deaths to 67, and the total number of people who recovered to 437.
