The construction of the cultural museum started a month and a half ago in cooperation with Baqî Xido Culture and Art Center and Euphrates Canton Culture Committee. The museum, which will consist of 2 rooms and a large hall, will exhibit tools used by people in the past and products made with wool thread.

The construction of the museum started to protect the old musical instruments of the region and to meet the need for an area where Kobanê artists can shoot their music videos.

Kamil Hesen, co-chair of the Culture Department of Baqî Xido Art and Culture Center, said: "We built the museum to protect ancient artefacts and instruments. At the same time, the museum will be a place where our artists can come and shoot their music videos. In fact, it is quite difficult for artists to find a place where to shoot videos."
