Call for international action against Turkey’s crimes after Qamishlo attack

“We call upon the international powers that bear the responsibility to protect our territories to fulfil their duties. We achieved this stability owing to the great sacrifices made by our people against terrorist groups.”

The Internal Security Forces released a statement about Tuesday’s attack by an armed unmanned aerial vehicle of the Turkish state. The targeted attack struck a civilian car in the Hilêliyê neighborhood and killed three people from the Gulo family, said the statement and underlined that, “The Turkish state violates international treaties and laws and commits a crime against our territories.”

CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL ACTION

Remarking that the Internal Security Forces will do their duty to protect the people and ensure security, the statement continued, “We call upon the international powers that bear the responsibility to protect our territories to fulfil their duties. We achieved this stability owing to the great sacrifices made by our people against terrorist groups. These crimes, however, allow for resurgence of terrorist groups and expansion of their terror in all countries.”
