Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul Youth Assembly held a march to draw attention to the hunger strikes in prisons in order to end the total isolation regime imposed on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Youth council members and HDP Şişli district executives attended the march in Okmeydanı, borough of Şişli. 

The young people chanted "Biji berxwedana dungeon", "Let the isolation end, freedom to the prisoners". Young people drew attention to the rights violations in prisons and handed out leaflets explaining isolation.

Citizens around saluted the action.
