Turkey transfers water from Meydankê Dam to Urfa dams
It has been reported that the invading Turkish state transferred the water from the Meydankê Dam, which can hold 32 million cubic meters of water, to the dams in Urfa.
According to local sources in Afrin, the invading Turkish state is stealing the water from the Meydankê Dam. The dam can hold approximately 32 million cubic meters of water and part of it is transferred to dams in Urfa. Local sources said that the streets of the district were flooded due to the opening of the dam gates.
On the other hand, the problem of drinking water continues.
