Stêrk TV has been broadcasting in DVB-S (Digital Video Broadcasting - Satellite) quality until now.
In a statement released by the Kurdish television, the DVB-S2 broadcasting standard will be introduced on 1 May to achieve better image and sound quality.
Stêrk TV invited its viewers to make some changes with the remote from May 1st.
In order to reach the new broadcast quality, by entering the television menu with the remote control, manual changes to Stêrk TV settings are recommended.
Accordingly, all that needs to be done will be entering the satellite settings in the television menu, where only the DVB-S setting will be changed to DVB-S2.
After saving the new setting, it will be possible to watch Stêrk TV with better quality sound and image.
