Northern & Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration to coordinate

MSD Co-chair Emine Umer stated that with the founding of the Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration, they aim to create a joint administration that will handle the coordination between autonomous administrations and civilian assemblies.

Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) Co-chair Emine Umer spoke to ANHA about the forming of Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration.

Emine Umer said it was decided in the 3rd MSD Congress to form a joint umbrella structure to coordinate the civilian assemblies and autonomous administrations, and that the Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration was founded to that end.

Emine Umer said autonomous administrations and civilian assemblies were founded at different times and there have been shortcomings in organizations and services, and thus a joint administration was needed

Emine Umer said the Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration will work to coordinate the assemblies and autonomous administrations in service efforts with all their resources.

“EXECUTIVE COUNCIL TO BE FORMED WITHIN 21 DAYS”

Emine umer said the Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration Co-chairs and preparatory committee will form the Executive Council within 21 days and added that committees will be formed under the executive council later on.

MSD Co-chair Emine Umer concluded by saying that the Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration will respond to all issues the civilian assemblies and autonomous administrations have.
