The usurper District Governor Atif Cicekli has racked up huge amounts of debt in the Edremit Municipality he was appointed trustee as, and is now selling off the land at Block 182 Parcel 2 in the Eski Cami neighborhood. The sale was advertised at public bid listing website http://ilan.gov.tr. The bid will be held on September 24 and the land will be sold to the highest bidder.
Usurper Cicekli is planning to leave the municipality in ruins as it is widely considered certain that the HDP will win the elections in 2019. Cicekli had called the district residents “ingrates” after 60% of the vote went to the HDP in the June 24 elections.
