Kurds in Germany send letter to the UN for Öcalan’s freedom

Kurds in Cologne, Germany have submitted a letter to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres for the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The Kurdish Democratic Community Center sent a letter to the United Nations (UN) Secretary General Antonio Guterres to demand the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Last night Kurdish activists put the letters they signed in the mailbox at Wiener Platz in Cologne.

The letter addressed to the UN headquarters pointed out that the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is essential.

People from Kurdistan collect hundreds of signatures every week in Cologne for the freedom of the Kurdish leader.
