The Kurds living in Denmark launched mobilisation led by the Democratic Kurdish Community Center for victims of the flood in Başkale district of Van, in North Kurdistan.

According to the statement of the Democratic Kurdish Community Center, the aid to be collected will be sent to the victims via the Kurdish relief organisation Heyva Sor a Kurdistane (Kurdish Red Crescent).

The Kurdish Community Center called on all Kurdish people in Denmark and their friends to offer solidarity and financial support to the flood victims. Those willing to contribute are directed at:
