A Kurdish Community Office officially opened in San Francisco, California on April 4th, 2024.

The timing of the opening, the birthday of Abdullah Öcalan, is symbolic and represents the Kurdish community’s hope for solidarity and strengthening the Kurdish diaspora there. 

The celebration in festive spirit was imbued with traditional Kurdish music, dance, and heartfelt speeches, uniting community members in joy and fellowship. 

“Our new office is a beacon for cultural exchange, support, and community service. It embodies our commitment to nurturing the Kurdish spirit and heritage in California,” said the Kurdish community in San Francisco.
