The Kurdistan Human Rights Organization said in a statement that a Kurdish kolbar named Idris Nadiri (30), who lived in the village of Qul Esteri in the city of Bane, lost his life because of the cold.

Nadiri, who was stranded on the Bane border with 3 of his friends due to heavy snowfall, froze to death, while the conditions of the other kolbars were not good.
