El Rai town in the gangs’ supply line Azaz is repeatedly changing hands among the gang groups allied with the Turkish state.

Most recently, ISIS gangs have handed the Rai town over to Turkish intelligence MİT ally Sultan Murat gangs.

Reports from the region say ISIS gangs handed El Rai town in Azaz and the wheat silos in the area over to Sultan Murat Brigade gang under MİT guidance yesterday evening.

After taking control in the town, Sultan Murat Brigade gangs removed Kurdish families in the area from their homes.

Reports say most of the ISIS members in the town had joined the Sultan Murat Brigade gang, part of the would-be Syrian National Coalition (SUK) and supported by Turkish intelligence agency MİT.

Rai town, with its location on the border to Bakurê Kurdistan, is an important supply line for the gangs. With the help of the AKP state the gangs move weapons, ammunition, logistics and new recruits through this town.
