The hunger strike launched in Marseille as part of worldwide protests against the isolation of Kurdish leader Öcalan has left 4 days behind.

Kurds in Marseille, France continue with the hunger strike they started 4 days ago in solidarity with DTK Co-chair and HDP MP Leyla Güven whose hunger strike demanding an end to the aggravated isolation imposed on Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan is on its 33rd day.

Amid visits by French people, a new group has taken over the hunger strike this morning. The activists are handing out flyers informing about the isolation regime imposed on the Kurdish leader by the Turkish state.
